ABOUT CLARKE ASSOCIATION SERVICES INC.

Elizabeth A. Clarke & Associates Inc. originated in Pakenham, Ontario in 1988.  For fifteen years the firm has provided management and leadership services to professional associations throughout Canada and the U.S.  In 1990 the firm opened offices in Ottawa and proceeded to grow its clientele and service base to encompass all aspects of association and business management.  With the plan to provide support to organizations throughout North America, the firm expanded its offerings and opened an office in Calgary, Alberta in early 2000 and at that time changed its name to Clarke Association Services Inc.

Clarke Association Services Inc. is currently meeting the diverse needs of associations in leadership, management, consulting and conference and meeting planning.  With an experienced staff as well as many strategic alliances with professionals throughout the country, the firm provides distinct services designed to improve the quality and competitiveness of industrial and corporate clients in the private, public and non-profit sectors.

In July 2003 Clarke Association Services Inc. was purchased by McPherson Management Ltd. based out of Calgary, Alberta.  Together the two firms formed McPhersonClarke which is now the tradename used by both firms for promotion and marketing.  McPhersonClarke is now one of the most dynamic National Association Management and Conference Management firms in existence in Canada.  The staff of Clarke Association Services Inc., including Elizabeth Clarke, has remained with the firm and are 100% committed to delivering the high quality, reliable service that the Clarke clients have come to depend on.  McPhersonClarke envisions itself as becoming the International leader in the association management and conference planning industries.
